DPC restores manageable panel sizes and meaningful patient visits. By carrying a panel of 500 patients and spending 45 minutes with patients (determined by you), physicians have the time and energy to treat their patients holistically, with a focus on prevention and mitigation.

DPC is based on a recurring monthly flat fee per patient, with recurring well visits and 24-48 hour availability for urgent visits. Labs, imaging and common prescriptions are often available at discounts greater over 50% which your practice arranges for your patients.
